This day-long grief workshop is an invitation to touch our shared sorrows.  Every one of us is walking through the world carrying the heaviness of grief and very few of us have a place to take it.  In our culture, we typically only acknowledge grief after a loved one has died.  In addition to holding space for those who have experienced the loss of someone dear to them we will also tend to the grief that arises from other life losses.

If you have experienced the end of a marriage or relationship… this space is for you.

If you have walked the path of miscarriage, infertility, infant loss… this space is for you.

If you have known job loss… this space is for you.

If you have felt sorrow about the state of our planet… this space is for you.

If you are caring for an aging parent or a special needs child… this space is for you.

Please join us as we gather to tend to our shared sorrows.  When we take time to honour the grief we carry we are also creating space in ourselves for more joy to enter into our experience.
