The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

Dissolving Blocks

Life brings challenges in many forms. Sometimes a challenge or a block can stand in the way of our ability to experience our own wholeness and joy. At these times our habitual problem-solving and coping methods are not enough to get us through. A deeper exploration is necessary. My unique approach reaches the core of the issue and opens the way to transformation.

To remember and reconnect with our essence - our true nature - is at the heart of this work.

 My Approach

One-on-one sessions help you gain access to the deep wisdom that already lives in you.  We will find ways in which you are misaligned with yourself.  Each of us have patterns and blocks that cause us to feel disconnected from our feelings and our bodies and prevent us from living in our full aliveness.  These patterns often developed early in life or sometimes even further back in our family lineage and are the cause of pain and difficulty in our current circumstances.  That pain can organically shift in remarkable ways when it is seen, witnessed and held in loving-compassion.

In our sessions we may lean on any or all of these practices:

  • tending undigested, un-metabolized grief

  • exploring blockages and trauma in your family system and ways they may be impacting you in your current life circumstances

  • embodiment: remembering to always return to and connect with the body and the deep wisdom it holds

  • transformational processes that touch into our individual & ancestral trauma

  • channeling & receptivity to your ancestors, loved ones, and the Divine

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.”
